GROWTH OF THE COMPANY'S CAPITAL STRUCTURE
During 2005 period, the capital structure of the Company as follows:
March 16, 2005: The participation of foreign investors as the stockholders of the Company with the ownership of 301,492,339 shares or 33.44% of outstanding shares has strengthened the Company's capital structure.
September 16, 2005: The Company issuance of bonus share in the form of share dividend amounting to 150,248,724 shares has gained the investors' trust to keep investing their capital in the Company.
INCOME FROM OPERATIONS GROWTH
Through management toiling, in 2005 the Company has successfully increased net income amounting to Rp 77.639 billion or increase by 40.65% compared to the previous year. Net income in the Ist quarter to IVth quarter are as follows:
